SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All items are sent via trusted shipping methods. Shipping is free within the UK, please allow 28 days for delivery. Orders containing multiple items may not always be delivered within one parcel.
Overseas shipping is based on cumulative weight of your order and calculated at checkout. When ordering several items it may work out cheaper for you to split your items into separate orders. Please allow 35 days for delivery. Please note that by law we are not able to mark overseas orders as ‘gifts’ and therefore we are not responsible for any customs charges you may incur.
PLEASE NOTE: Some items stocked by The Village Shop are handled and dispatched by third party vendors.

Refunds may be given at the discretion of the management. Please contact us in the event of any difficulties or issues.

PAYMENTS

At present, credit/debit card payments are the only means by which we can accept payment. All payments are handled securely by PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account. We do not store, keep, or see any of your credit/debit card details. Should you wish to purchase items via other means of payment, please contact us.

DVDs and BLURAYS

DVDs stocked by The Village Shop are Region 2, which means that if you do not live within the UK, Europe or Australia, you will need a multi-region player to play these discs.

BluRays stocked by The Village Shop are Region B, which means that if you do not live within the UK, Europe or Australia, you will need a multi-region player to play these discs.
